On test running PCDJ FX we had one battery last 6 hours, using the internal sound card on twin channel mode. |

We give you TWO mains power supplies as standard. Why two? Well you can leave one in your flight case for DJ work and leave the spare at home. No way you'll forget to pick up the PSU when packing for the next gig.
Typical costs on a spare high power battery are £80, mains PSU £70 depending on model but these are INCLUDED AS STANDARD. We can ship with XP Pro or Vista home premium depending on your needs. In both cases the ORIGINAL disc and license are supplied, not some retarded backup disc which wipes your machine if something is wrong. Of course we optimise the operating system for DJ use by chopping out all of the bloated rubbish loaded as standard. |

Don't underestimate how important our technical support can be. Our laptop works with ALL dj software and we know about most problems that may occur. Try asking PC Word's technical support (at £1 a minute!) why you've got stuttering on audio playback and see what advice you get. You'll be told to put your "Restore" disc in the machine. Hope you remembered to backup your music as it will wipe everything clean.
Oh and when you re-load from your backups (you do have backups I hope) you'll still have the original problem.
While we can't guarantee to fix every single problem which may pop up, we CAN guarantee that we'll understand what you're talking about and will make a proper effort to diagnose and solve the problem. Most likely we'll know the solution as we've dealt with this particular laptop chassis for three years and know it very well.
